Lavender and Hops are both herbs that are relaxing and sedating.
Sleep balm incorporates the essential oils of both Hops and Lavender and when massaged onto pulse points of the wrist and temples or under the nose can help to relax the body and help sleep. Try massaging onto the soles of the feet, or get someone else to! The base cream is made from Coconut oil and Cocoa butter.

Lavender and Hops sleep balm is a natural relaxing remedy which can bring relief to nights of insomnia and restlessness.
Simply massage a small amount of this very popular cream into the pulse points of the wrist or under the nose or onto the soles of the feet before bed.
Hops has long been used as a sedative and Hop pickers would fall asleep as they absorbed the Hop essential oil through the skin of their hands. The sedating effects of beer is as much down to the Hops as it is the alcohol. Lavender is a calming relaxing herb and works well to complement the sedating effect of the Hops. There is also a hint of Geranium to make it even more relaxing.
TEST ON A SMALL AREA FOR 24 HOURS TO CHECK FOR ANY ALLERGY TO THE CONTENTS.
